"Don't. Do yourself a favor and don't work here. It is so toxic and that toxicity is so celebrated that I can't imagine any woman being comfortable. Your male coworkers will do everything in their power to make it clear that they feel superior to you: gaslighting, sabotage, stealing credit, backstabbing during meetings, if you have to coordinate work they just won't do theirs and then they'll blame you."
