"Provides rewarding opportunities to help the public. Fulfilling work and, with the right management, the ability to work on projects that further your career. Bureaucracy can be frustrating when it comes to work life balance and benefits. Processing of everything takes longer because of forms and layers of approval - to be expected with civil service positions. They can do much better to attract fresh talent by embracing policies that promote work life balance - remote work, parental leave, flexible schedules etc. "
