"Match is a great place to work! The benefits are amazing (16 weeks paid maternity leave, 100% 401k match up to 10k, lots of additional days off). It also has a very active women's group that does monthly events (book clubs, cookie decorating, etc). Women are represented at all levels of the org, and across teams."
