"The company says they are committed and there are certainly handful of women in high positions with considerable influence. Sadly, I've still heard comments at Town Halls about the transparent attempts to make it look like there is higher gender diversity, such as by having female panel moderators to mask/detract from the fact that the majority or all of the speakers are male. It's disheartening to think that some people still feel that females are getting opportunities simply because the company needs to increase diversity (as if the women got a leg up and may not have otherwise been qualified.) "It depends on the role, but the HR policy offers a lot of flexibility - That said, I hear not all managers have enforced this equally, with some managers a lot less tolerant of working from home for instance. Personally, I have found that I've had tons of flexibility and have never struggled to take my time off. Flexibility is one of the best parts of working there."
