"Overall really good people, but there are very few women in leadership positions. The only women in leadership roles with children are ones where their husbands have had flexible jobs or they are not married/don't have children. There is no work from home policy and a lot of guilt is placed on both men and women needing flexible hours due to child care restrictions. Additionally maternity/paternity leave is not great with only 8 weeks paid for women and 2 weeks paid for men. "
