"Your work-life balance will really depend on who you report to and what department you work in. There is a lot of inconsistency across the different departments of the bank. However, they do have good benefits. If you have career aspirations and are a visible minority, especially to go into management, apply somewhere else. "

"No"
"I worked for this employer for over a decade in various roles and departments. Although in the last year I was on a sabbatical leave (no pay but with employee benefits), they did not want to give me any maternity leave pay (to which I had contributed all those years). "
