"Under new executive leadership, the company is trying to overcome the "good old boy" mentality that previously existed. Women who work here are strong, dynamic, and fearless. It's already getting better and will continue to improve with the support of female voices in leadership roles. "

"Work location dictates flexibility. Individuals working in a regional office have more flexibility than employees working on-site at our destinations. In hospitality, guest needs come first. However, destinations do have flexibility in the off-season. "
