"As a women, the only downside to working here is the poor benefits package. Unpaid maternity and only long-term or short-term disability. Again, this may change if NETE changes to NTT Data's benefits package.
For leadership positions, opportunities, and being heard, NETE does a good job of hiring women and men almost equally (this depends on your team/project/department). My leadership consists of evenly split men and women who are all highly qualified. "

"There is a "no work from home" policy (outside of the COVID-19 pandemic). Things may be changing as the acquisition moves forward with NTT Data. I wish it was more flexible and we could work from home some days because we already all work off-site from our clients. Most days, I don't really talk to my co-workers because we're all on different projects and everyone usually has pretty small teams. This is also in the middle of a high traffic area (Tyson's Corner by the Boro area) so it would be better if we could work from home more often. Depending on your contract, your hours may be flexible (coming in earlier or later). "

"Being that NETE is a small company, your leadership is more personal. You may talk to your manager, director, and other leadership that is higher in the corporate chain casually and on a frequent basis. You may even work on projects with them or other directors. The support of your manager depends on your department. For my department, if I have a problem, I can directly speak with a handful of directors with no problem and they will provide guidance or assistance. "
