"I have been working here for the last 24 years, i can see much improvements in terms of organisation of the work, but mindset of the management and male colleagues is still an issue in terms of gender-equality."

"i work in germany. we have paid maternity leave which is mandatory by law for 14 weeks ( 8+6)
and we have publicely funded parental leave, which is optional and up to 12 months. men get additional 2 months if the will."

"The company's policies are in general pretty good at industry average or above (although the industry isn't the most progressive one in terms of gender balance). However the experience varies greatly depending on who your boss is. I've worked for some amazing bosses who cares to develop his/her team, and I've worked for some not so steller ones. "
