Ive been here 12 years. Lots of Women, imbalance depending on the departments. Have an internal network for women, pretty cool and inspiring but not necessarily supportive. Overall good company for women.

In the organization I'm part of, women at an equal level to men end up doing all of the "fluffy" work, while the men are assigned the work that actually gets recognition, and nets advancement.

It's more about who you know versus what you know working here. There's a hierarchy and to get to the top it can be somewhat intimidating. Men and women are treated fairly equal, but entry level employees are put in their place and are frequently reminded that they aren't at the top and don't have the benefits of senior employees.

The ability to move up to senior leadership roles does exist for women, however, they are typically those that mesh with the company culture, can travel for a week or more at a time, and get along well with the boys at the top!
