"This employer has so much potential, the owners are all male friends, mormon, with no respect for female staff members including upper management. If you have a family, do note, there are no benefits, pay is decreased whenever they feel like changing it, hours constantly change, there are no vacation days, and they contact you after hours to yell at you. If you are from another country or ethnic, speaking your native tongue raises flags for the owners. It is stressful and micro-managed. Female staff members and management are in tears every single day."
