      "Buying offices: they own you. They expect you to work 10-11+ hour days because of the work load. Management also has no life so they expect you not to either. Not many women in leadership have children and if they do they are relatively absentee, so they do not understand the need for flexibility. Compensation does not warrant the demanding workload either."

      "Great benefits. Exciting and motivational people to be around. Potential to be stressful for mothers with young kids because pay is commission-based and long hours on the floor on your feet."
