"This is a great work environment and in the lab area, is lead by many strong women who encourage others. Throughout the other areas of the hospital there are many leadership roles that are constantly being held by women. "

"Although more women are in healthcare (nurses, etc), senior leadership/administration is currently filled primarily with men within the same age group and ethnicity. "
