"Women in administrative roles are treated like they are inept and uneducated. Women who display educational and emotional intelligence are seen as threatening and easily painted as problematic. Additionally, the pay has stagnated and ranges have decreased, so new hires are brought in at lower salaries. This agency might be better for women in trades-related work who can at least make overtime as needed. "
