"This is still a decent company to work for although they need to practice what they preach in terms of diversity and inclusion especially in senior roles. I would suggest addressing flexibility before you sign on to join bc certain teams are able to work from home while others are chained to their desks and put in long hours. "

"Organizations and Departments vary in the company. Oath is a great place to work. If you get stuck in a bad situation, like a manager that isn't flexible or understanding, look to transfer to a more friendly department."
