"What a retail job will be like depends greatly on your specific store or manager. My store was alright, and my managers were good. I only had a few creepy coworkers. I did notice that I knew of several mid-level managers who were women, but I had never heard of any store managers who were women."

"There are very few women in IT but those that are there are in senior roles and are incredibly smart. Most director roles and VPS throughout the company are unfortunately men but the women are treated very fairly and compensated just as well as the men overall. I never felt that my gender got in the way of being promoted."
