"There are women working here, but there are many challenges to advancement. Upper management, especially in creative, is almost entirely male. There is definitely a boys' club vibe here, but the good news is, they are trying to address it. The President is working to implement initiatives to improve the situation. It's a slow process, but it's definitely on the radar, which is nice."

"There are a lot of woman working here. I suspect because they pay woman 20% less, on average, than our male counterpart and they work twice as hard. Seems like that would work for other woman in the agency, but its a tightly knit group and moving into that circle is very difficult.
The biggest problem is lack of advancement in several departments. Raises dont happen, even cost of living raises dont happen.
You might get a raise every 4-5 years, and then its less than 10%.
The company does offer flex time, 8-4, 10-6, or a WFH home day each week, not both, and not to all employees."
