"Ask up front what you want 5 yrs from now and negotiate it from day 1. I would also encourage you to ask to speak directly with another woman in the office to gauge their feelings about the environment for women. In my location, it’s definitely a “boys club” and women are used to do all the heavy lifting but without the pay"
