"Treatment at Optoro varies from team to team. I've had a really great experience as a woman on the tech and engineering team. Employees receive constant opportunities to provide feedback to their managers and corporate leadership. Optoro is a place where change happens quickly and leadership is held accountable to commitments for improvement that they've made."

"This is not a good company and their policies for work/life balance, especially maternity leave is severely lacking for the healthcare industry. Women and Men not treated equally. There is 1 female executive and there are no high-level women under her or under the men -- you have to go down 3 or 4 levels to find female managers."

"Not a great place for parents. The company puts a premium on "face time" and expects 24 hour responsiveness. HR is young and does not advocate for employees. "
