"They take advantage of workers here in every way in order to save on operating costs. Both management and professionals outside the company have complaints about management here. That means the statistically lower expectations that women, people of color, LGBTQ-identifying, people with disabilities, etc. will all be taken advantage of, while management (not necessarily the attorneys here, but all aren't excluded) takes advantage of the expectations workers may have about how the company treats its workers (being that the company sells its services by marketing themselves as employee-rights advocates, as opposed to simple ambulance chasers in the employment law field)"

"The litigation manager prefers to do everything as lazily as possible while taking credit for work she hasn't done and punishing employees who don't kiss up to her in an effort to get them to leave the company. I can comfortably say here that she has no qualms with lying and blaming her own supervisees to get through her lazy days."
