"The management is almost exclusively older white men. The average tenure is over 15 years so change is slow but they are working on it. They do still tolerate unprofessional behavior and misogyny."

"I wouldn't recommend working there to anyone. The corporate culture was terrible and the majority of the employees were unprofessional. It's a very profitable company but they are scrooges and don't care about their employees."

"The culture is collaborative and appears to be fair. However there are few women in high leadership positions or on the board of directors. This is beginning to improve, but has a long way to do. "

"The culture is interesting. Employees are long-tenured which is highly unusual in So.Cal. It's embarking on a journey to adapt and be more forward thinking in its role as an employer of a diverse and skilled workforce. "
