"The New York office has a pretty diverse group of people in leadership - both men and women getting promoted and within the last year a huge female class was promoted to associate directors, which was great to see. "

"Tough to be respected as a woman. There are women in management, although few - and even less at the director level. No women presently in executive positions. "
