"It can become a lot of long hours and clients can be stressful. But the company tries to treat its employees well and make it a fun place to work as best as they can. "

"The company has some great management that is very supportive of women and moms in the workplace. The company grows and changes fast which can make work harder and make it harder to provide stellar customer service to clients. Overall, I would likely work at this company again. The company was strange with their decision making on which positions had to be in a specific office and which were allowed to be remote/work from home. "

"Very flexible hours once you have gone through training. Management can vary. Overall great company and culture. Once you work there 3 years you get the avg commissions from the past 6 months while you are out on leave. They are making improvements and new changes to more time off for leave and sales salaried employees have discretionary time off. Taking lots of time off at Christmas and January is tough to do. This is busy season."
