      "It is a large company and different departments may have different cultures; however, the sales organization is a "boys club". Women are not respected, or paid equally. Leadership leverages ambiguous bonus incentive plan language to avoid fair and transparent compensation for women sales executives. This is well documented. Last year the CEO earned his performance bonus by reducing sales bonus payouts to his employees. "

      "Leave policies are not good but everything else is. There is a great employee resource group - WILL - which offers amazing developmental opportunities. And it's not like a club. It is part of the business."
