"Really understand what your local leadership stands for, the company itself and overall leadership at higher levels promote good culture and support for women but it is not accurate at the lower levels of leadership. "

"Depends on where you work and who your supervisor is. It’s a big company and they are striving to be more flexible and provide more benefits to employees. I’ve seen good change over my tenure but there is still more work to be done."

"It depends on your position and what city you live in. If you’re on the rental counter or working at a branch your flexibility and quality of life are pretty low, but if you move into an upper management or sales role the flexibility and quality of life greatly improves. "

"I think there's a lot of potential here but you will inadvertently run into sexism because it's such a male-dominated industry. They are trying to improve that and I think it's getting better. "
