"There are women in all levels of the business and in all departments. I have never felt so invested in during the on-boarding and they take your comments and requests very seriously. The hours are great and you are surrounded with strong leadership and provided with all the tools necessary to succeed. A lot of the people I meet have been here for 5+ years and are excited to continue their career with the company. It feels like a startup, but the business has been around for 20 years, so there is stability. Work/life balance is important in every aspect of the company as our product really works to restore that within healthcare while speeding time to treatment for patients. "
