"This work environment is currently unsustainable, with poor communication from managers, a lack of leadership, conflicting priorities and goals, and minimal support or respect for overworked and underpaid staff. The people that work here are incredibly talented and passionate about what they do and hope for positive change. Unfortunately, the administration continues to make short-sighted choices and does not value their most important resources - their staff."

"Despite the prestige associated with this landmark institution, you quickly sense an archaic attitude toward women early into your employment. I had firsthand exposure to the scandals which later made national headlines. I know for a fact that leadership from the office of the CEO and HR had full knowledge of incidents involving females being harassed, intimidated and otherwise mistreated by male managers and directors.
