"Women do not support each other. It's like being in the mean girls club. Constant gossip to who ever is the next target. Administrator (women) allows and contributes to such behavior, plays favorites. Just plain awful on a persons self esteem to work and feel less than if you do not happen to make the "mark" in their opinion.
