"We have more women then men in our overall demographics. The company thrives in contribution and impact of work by individuals regardless of gender or race. As a start up company, it's hard work and fast paced. If you enjoy working hard and making a difference, this is definitely the place. "

"There are awesome female mentors to learn from across the company at every level. Jessica, the CTO, is very inspirational and I think really shapes the company culture. Having a woman who cares about diversity (not just gender diversity) at such a high level in the company makes a difference. "
