"Planning Center has 50% women in their Support department but only about 10% in their Developer and Designer roles. This is largely due to the tech industry demographics as it stands however, the company is actively working to increase those stats. Planning Center has a huge value for family and work-life balance. The benefits package is extensive and there is equality in pay between women, men, URM groups, etc. The company pays New York rates regardless of wherever you live in the U.S. "
