"At the entry level there is parity between women and men (Madison, WI site). However the attrition of women in leadership here means that it is a boy's club at the top, and limited efforts to fix the issue. At management levels, the company had no issues with bringing in men from outside and paying them significantly more than internal women doing the same job."

"PPD offers flexibility on their face, but the unreasonable workload means that you are just flexing hours into your personal time. To do well at PPD you need to work more than 8 hours per day."
