"I want to preface this review by saying that at the time that I was hired, I was one of the first hires in the US. My manager (male) expected me to figure everything out on my own including the tech stack we used, call script, product knowledge, literally everything. The quota was extremely aggressive and nobody on the team was ever able to meet it. They also never lowered the quota even though they knew no one was hitting it ever. I was the only woman on the US Sales side, and that was awful in itself because, that enabled a culture of misogyny. I was also constantly left out because it was so "bro culture" heavy. I was gaslight & micromanaged a lot by my manager. Also the amount of time I put into this job was insane 10+ hours on a daily basis and my manager expected everyone to work those hours unspokenly. Overall very toxic culture. I would not recommend this company to anyone but especially not women. "
