"The company puts a great deal of time and resources into their culture - which is diverse and inclusive. There is always room for improvement, but the company seems to be continuously and mindfully striving towards that goal. I love our diversity statement and feel like it's honest and authentic to Progressive. "

"At Progressive Leasing you can bring your unique self to work, knowing that everyone values and appreciates our distinct differences! Not only am I happy with the work I do and the people I work with but I go to bed every night knowing that I made a difference for our customers. It's extremely rewarding.
