"Progressive Leasing takes an intentional approach to Diversity, Inclusion, Equity and Belonging. They have recently established Women In Leadership (ERG). They focus on attracting, selecting, engaging and retaining women in leadership and tech roles. The company offers benefits and PTO that support women, families and work-life balance. AND... they support community organizations that matter to our employees and are often specific to the needs of women and girls."
