"Good place to work with a lot of strong women and women in leadership roles throughout the company. Employee resource groups promote events and opportunities for networking. Energetic workplace that understands family needs. Maternity leave is still kind of pathetic. "

"This company is closer to a meritocracy than others I have worked at. We have objectives and are measured against them. If you perform you get promoted and can move up. Women are in many senior and middle positions. For salaried roles most job functions offer flexibility to balance work and life. Because it's based in Cleveland you can have a good paying job in an area that's not too expensive to live in and also has great schools. The women's employee resource group is a great networking organization and there are many other ways to get to know people."
