"This employer has some very traditional thinking leaders at the top. They are a little behind in innovating employer comp and benefits. I believe they would like to improve these but struggle with trying new things. They also need to improve their hiring and development of leaders. There is no formal succession plan in an at this time. So advancement is limited and seemingly restricted to who you know. Overall, I like my job and feel blessed to work there. But, I think some improvements could be made to make ProMedica a better workplace."

"I love working at the hospital, the only downfall is being extremely understaffed. Recently there was a shift of management roles on my unit, so the floor has been much better since. I feel I should be paid more than I am, however I recently switched to per diem. The hospital offers incentive often (due to understaffing) so I'm almost always paid $15-25 an hour extra onto my base pay, which makes it more reasonable. "
