"There is flexibility in scheduling and you can work from home from time to time. Values family, work:life balance and giving back to the community which are awesome! Be aware that the PTO must be used for holidays as well as sick and vacation days. It seems generous at first, but when you look at all the holidays you'll see it could be much better. This company needs holiday pay and a better bonus structure."

"Be aware that Providence "nice" can be a trap for women. If you work at Providence you know what that is. Consensus is a wonderful goal, but ultimately someone has to make a decision. Management is male dominated. And although they talk the talk about the Mission, Vision, and Values, they don't walk the walk."

"I worked there for several years and there are many, many positive attributes. It is a touch place to be with all the organizational change, however, especially in a leadership position."
