"This company is more of a brief stopping point before jumping to a better job. They are not competitive when it comes compensation. They have several offices in the US, Charlotte being the better culture of all of the offices. If you're unfortunate enough to work in their Pennsylvania office, get ready for sweat shop working conditions. If you don't preform at beyond perfection, you will find your job in jeopardy. One mistake and you will be written up, even if that's as mild as an internal design error. Women are rarely promoted."
