"There is zero tolerance for working from home if your job is based out of one of the offices. If you do need to work from home, you will be asked to submit a doctor's note. With a medical condition, they will review this as an accommodation and temporarily you will be approved to be able to work from home. "

"Some of the old gender cliches surrounding tech still exist here and Qualys hasn't caught up to many of it's Silicon Valley neighbors in terms of being a progressive workplace for women. Overall, it's not a bad place to work, but has much room for improvement in terms of advancement opportunities for women, as well as equal pay and better maternity benefits. "

"My team and department is flexible with time away as needed for appointments, family matters, etc. I'm fortunate enough to make my own schedule for most of the week and appreciate the flexibility afforded to me. "
