"Upper-level management is all male. Females in experienced positions are often overruled when sharing their views on company needs and direction. I was hired to do a job, but then my supervisor constantly overruled me because he thought his way was better, despite a lack of experience in the style of marketing and business we were operating. Our senior accountant was also given less opportunity to participate and advance despite her level of experience, and I believe that was simply because she's not male."
