      "Avoid this place. The leadership team seems to value a boys-club environment and it focuses on hiring friends, former HS/college athletes, and "bros" over diversity or experience. There is a cut-throat culture aimed at finding the "weakest" person and then working to push them out. People do not feel safe in their jobs, inappropriate conversations/actions are overlooked, and people are afraid to speak up. The culture, fueled by leadership, is wildly immature."
