"This job was excellent while I was single and young and was able to work my way up very quickly. They highlight top performers and it was the best ramp to my career that I could ask for. However, as a public company it definitely got tough during COVID with work/life balance. They certainly felt the pressure from investors to push their people to work longer hours to make up for it. Very difficult for parents with kids. Pre-COVID, it could be difficult to take time to run family errands or small things parents have to do throughout the day sometimes."

"Flexibility will vary from branch to branch. Maternity leave falls under Short Term Disability where you are paid for only 5 weeks - and not full pay. Very hard as a ER to have an incentive to return to work due to the draw structure - you pretty much lose your pipeline while out on MT. "
