"I think that they have a lot of support for women and I've seen some women in various positions of leadership but not necessarily in the areas I think more women leadership like technology (which I am part of). "

"Most of my flexibility is due to the fact that I have a great boss who is around my same age and who's wife is also pregnant (like I am right now). He also encourages WFH and lives it himself which is great."

"I've worked here for 4 years and there are a lot of women working here, but predominantly in support roles. Difficult to advance beyond a mid-level support role due to qualification expectations required for advanced roles (licensed real estate experience) that are not permitted to be obtained within support roles."
