"It's incredibly focused on inclusivity and diversity and progressive values, which is amazing. I would not categorize it as a great place for growth, though, and more a jumping off to many great possibilities elsewhere."

"I had 6 weeks paid; shortly after I returned from leave they amended the policy to be 12 weeks paid for female and male employees. They didn't extend any additional benefit to me, the only parent who'd been on leave within a quarter of the new policy."
