"The workplace is very much work hard, play hard - people are smart and incredibly hard working at Rent the Runway, but they also have fun and are able to find a good balance between personal and work."

"Amazing concept and company mission that is very inspiring for women. Two female founders walk the talk, for the most part. Flexible vacation days and work schedules, although the hours are long and work environment can be intense."
