"Work-life balance has always been prioritized by the leaders I have worked with at Rentokil Terminix, not only through their words but their actions and the support that has been offered to me through various life stages. Whether that is caring for a sick family member or welcoming a child, I have never had to worry about falling behind at work or anything like that. Our teams are supportive and will back you up no matter what. I know that is not the case with all employers, so I feel lucky and grateful to have this experience with Rentokil Terminix."
