"The value placed on women is superb compared to any other place I have worked. There is no difference at the executive level in value ideas and input and no emphasis on gender in any kind of biased way. There is a strong push to increase representation of all diverse groups but without the patronizing feel that other companies do such with. They are very progressive in their mindset which is truly an inclusive, positive, and team building environment. The people are all happy to be there and work cohesively toward common goals. "
