"The tech is outdated, and unfortunately, the office is highly bureaucratic and hierarchical. To advance, you have to play a lot of politics and appease higher ups- the most successful employees are usually the one who do what they're asked without pushback. There are a lot of smart, creative people working there, and they have great ideas- would love to see senior leadership leverage that talent more."
