"The collaborative and innovative culture is refreshing and propel you to work smarter. There are multiple opportunities to show case your work...seize them! Rho has a strong face to face, in-office culture and is flexible with the work hours, but work from home is not encourage but can be done in small doses."

"It is a great place to work for women. Between the flexible scheduling and strong female representation in leadership, Rho really walks the walk when it comes to equality."
