"As long as your partner can take care of anything at home it would be fine to work here. They have zero flexibility and routinely transfer you to offices that are an hour and a half away from each other. You work 50+ hour work weeks and they often play favorites with the men for promotion. There is only two women out of fifteen in upper management. "
